GAMEDAY: Pilks back at Ruskin Drive

By Steven Hughes

Recs host York Acorn

Pilkington Recs are looking to kick start their season with a home match against York Acorn.
The club have had a great Challenge Cup run, but have struggled so far in the league with two defeats in their first two games.
They lost 24-8 at Leigh Miners Rangers in Round One and after a two week break, they lost 32-20 at Featherstone Lions.
However today, they are back on familiar ground as they return to the Ruskin Drive Sports Park where they already have two wins from their Challenge Cup run against fellow League One side Thornhill Trojans and Million respectively.
York Acorn have had a great start to the season after winning their first three games against the Lions, Bradford Dudley Hill and Oulton Raiders respectively.
It should be a great game at Ruskin Drive so come on down and show your support for the lads!
