Pilks vs folly lane U8s

Pilks worked hard today with some good work in attack and defence and came out on top against a strong folly lane side.

The forwards worked their socks off today and got stuck into the action playing the full 40 mins. Rio low took plenty of strong runs in and took 3/4 opposing players to stop him, his defence was on form again today and not many people got past him and has the war wounds to show it.

Bobby Green had a stormer of a game and was the man of the match for this game. His runs had great power and strength which was too much for the folly lane side. Bobby also took a massive hit too in one of his drives and dusted himself off like nothing happened.

Mason also went forward like a tank, strong to push off the defenders and also good hands for offloads when needed. His defence also stood out today and really worked hard

James also had a really good game today with some brilliant passing and also showing his rugby brain with the occasional show and goes to break through the line

The speedsters of Jack Harvey and Ellis helped to give the forwards a breather with their strong running and hands to link up and support each other with some good tries

Today’s man of the match was bobby green with some brilliant attack and defence and really stood out in the game
