Fantastic game between two tough tackling sides.
Pilks hosted Leigh Miner Rangers in one of their 3 games today. Leigh has beat this recs side 12 months ago by 4 tries.
Pilks started the game the brighter with some strong running from Connor Pinnington and Mason Melia getting them on the front foot.
They crossed for two early tries and showed some fantastic defence to keep the Leigh side out in the first 10 minutes, this was a game that had it all big hits, offloads and great skill.
Pilks continued how they has started with some great defending by Jacob Rigby and Ellis Forber helped by Charlie Hall getting a Hat-Trick to finish the game a try in front.
Something tells me this wont be the last close game between these sides and we would like to wish Leigh Miners all the best for the rest of this season.
