Pilks run riot with 28 tries in easter derby.
The boys were in fine form last night with some fantastic attacking play.
The easter break started with 2 games vs Blackbrook away, Brook have improved massively in the last 12 months and that is a credit to their new coaching team. They provided some strong opposition with strong running and nifty footwork but this was no match for Recs who lead by Dylan Wright tackled well with some great technique.
In attack Pilks moved the ball well with Jake Leahey and James Walkden dictating play and strong running from Mason Melia, Lewis Dillon and Tyler Preston piercing the Brook defence on several occasions.
Connor Pinnington was back to his best with some powerful drives supported by Tane O'Hara they make a formidable team in the middle.
Logan Speakman on his debut showed great pace and strong tackling to impress and Charlie Babbs and Ellis Burgess both showed great defence and pace to burn this Pilks squad does have everything with a vast mix of talent I cant wait to see what the future holds for these boys as they keep improving.
