Our U14s won 16-14 against Waterhead Warriors

On Sunday, our U14s won their first piece of silverware after a 16-14 win against Waterhead Warriors to win the NWC Shield.
We spoke to coach Graham Cranny about his sides achievement.
"We got into a real battle with the big Waterhesd forwards, it was a real tough encounter." He said.
"But the lads showed an abundance of fortitude, and our fitness paid dividends as we fought back to win the game.
"The game was won off the back of a well worked set. Noah Stephens found some space to make it 14 a piece.
"Big wraps to Aaron Caton-Hand, who kept his cool to slot over the kick that gave us the winning score.
"Hooker Dan Tabern was outstanding, scoring our first try and was rewarded with the Man of the Match award."
We want to extend our congratulations to the side on a fine acheivment.
Our 14s are back in action on Sunday as they welcome Clock Face Miners to Ruskin Drive.
