Pilks went into the fist game of the season away to local rivals Thatto Heath.

The boys started off string with an early try to set the tempo for the game. Pilks worked hard together all trying their best to their own individual jobs contributing to a strong team performance.

Pilks defence made the coaches proud with all setting a high intensity and structured system playing to the teams strengths.

Pilks came out the game with a good win that they can take in preparation for the game next weekend.
