Pilks 28-32 Culcheth Owls.

Today our under 11's entertained a very strong Culcheth side.
In a very closely fought match the hosts narrowly lost, in what turned out to be a very entertaining game of rugby league.
In the first half both sets of players worked tirelessly in defence to restrict each other to two try's apiece.
Both Recs try's came from the ever impressive Connor Stubbs .

Recs 10-12 Owls.
The second half was, again a tight affair with three try's each.
Pilks try scorers were Owen Walkden, scoring in the corner from a superbly placed kick from Billy Traynor . And two more try's coming from Brad Abbot . The first a great solo effort and the second coming off the back of some great passing.
Recs had chances to put the game out of sight , but Culcheth wouldn't go away and scored late on to make it.
