In what was a very closely fought match. Recs showed some real grit in defence. The first half was outstanding. Shutting out the home side , and leading 0-12 . With a try apiece from Connor Stubbs and Aaron King. The latter spotting a gap in the defence, and scooting in under the posts. Both converting t add to their try's.
Half time 0-12.
The second half started with the home side hitting back early on. Warriors made the conversion. Recs hit back immediate with a superb, full length effort, again from Connor Stubbs .
The home side weren't finished with another try from close range.
Recs finished the scoring with Bradley Abbot scoring on his debut after a great kick to the corner by Billy Traynor. Abbot converted to make it 12 -24 to the visitors, and that's how it ended
