Pilkington Recs Academy under 11s vs Crossfields cobras

Our under 11s returned to action following the summer break.
Playing their first game at 13 a side against a strong, well drilled Crossfields side.
Both sides started well with the first half proving a tight affair.
Try's from Connor Stubbs and a brace from Brad Abbot gave Recs an 18-10 lead

In the second half Recs strong defence really started to show. Limiting the visitors to a single try.
Pilks also started to play a bit more expensive rugby in attack, scoring 4 more try's of their own .
Scored by Connor Stubbs x2, Ellis Horton and Brad Abbot to complete his hat trick, Abbott also adding 6 conversation from 7 attempts.

Connor Stubbs ( unstoppable in attack and as strong as always in defence).
Brad Abbot ( really strong performance with and without the ball and near perfect with the boot).
