Pilks U7's played in the Clockface festival on Sunday and what a great day for everyone involved.
Although Pilks didn't win a game, the players can be very proud of themselves as they put up a good fight against four good teams.
.
I believe that everyone who watched the games are confident that rugby league at this age group is strong in the town and that all the coaching staff and everyone involved in giving children a game of rugby league, are doing a good job and the future of rugby league in this town is strong.
Just a special mention for Jack McIntyre who impressed the opposition coaches and was awarded Pilks player of the tournament, Well Done Jack and Well Done to all of Pilks under 7's players, keep it up.
